Biography[]
Ryan Hughes was born and raised in Houston, Texas where he developed his skills in multiple science divisions, i.e Biology, Chemistry, Physics, etc. He achieved impressive strides in his time in University, and earned his degree in Neurology, but could not afford a job due to financial constraints and lack of years of experience.
The Foundation contacted Ryan in ██████, and employed him as researcher of SCP item number 4909, and has developed increasingly effective containment protocols and equipment for the object.

Due to the location and size of SCP-4909's containment chamber; and Ryan's habit to remain and study in said chamber, Dr. Hughe's office is equipped with an intercom and mailing system in the event he's needed by research personnel.
